Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Operator for an active tunnelling project in Rugby. You will work on shaft works, operating a 360 excavator to support shaft construction activities on site.

The ideal candidate holds a valid 360 Excavator ticket, has proven tunnelling or shaft experience, and is comfortable in an active excavation environment with strict health and safety practices. Duration through late 2026, start 5 October, finish 28 December 2026.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a 360 excavator.
• Previous experience working on shaft or tunnelling projects.
