Job summary

Professional Technical Ltd in the St Albans area is seeking an experienced Lift Service Engineer to support servicing, maintenance and minor repairs across designated routes. You will apply fault finding skills, manage your own service route and respond to call outs, including one week in four on standby.

The role requires a background in lift engineering with NVQ Level 3, strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, and a track record across service, repair or installation of lifts.

Qualifications

• Background in lift engineering (service, repair, or installation).
• NVQ Level 3 required.
• Experience with various products in industry.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Managing your designated service route in the St Albans area.
• Fault finding on lifts and fault diagnoses.
• Attend call outs and standby one in four weeks.
• Work to best practices and company standards.
