Job summary

Professional Technical Ltd in the St Albans area is seeking an experienced Lift Service Engineer to support servicing, maintenance and minor repairs across designated routes. You will apply fault finding skills, manage your own service route and respond to call outs, including one week in four on standby.

The role requires a background in lift engineering with NVQ Level 3, strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, and a track record across service, repair or installation of lifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with various products in industry.

Responsibilities

Overview

This large national lift company is currently seeking an experienced Lift Service Engineer to support them in their servicing, maintenance and minor repair work in the St Albans area.

As a Lift Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Managing your own designated service route covering the St Albans area
• Applying your knowledge as a Lift Engineer in fault finding situations
• Attending call outs and being on standby for calls one week in four
• Working to best practices

Qualifications

• A background in lift engineering, in either service, repair or installation
• NVQ Level 3 is essential
• Worked on a variety of products in industry
• Hold strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
