Job summary

Professional Technical Ltd is seeking an experienced Lift Service & Call Out Engineer to service, maintain and repair lifts across Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas. This is a stable role with progression opportunities and strong earning potential.

You will manage your own service route, carry out servicing and fault-finding, attend reactive call outs, and participate in an on-call rota while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in lift engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience on a variety of lift products.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own service route across Newcastle and surrounding areas.
• Carry out servicing, maintenance and minor repairs.
• Fault find and diagnose issues on lifts.
• Attend reactive call outs and on-call rota.
• Maintain high health and safety standards and build customer relationships.
