Job summary

Professional Technical Ltd are seeking an experienced Lift Service & Call Out Engineer to support servicing, maintenance, fault finding and minor repairs across Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas. The role offers long-term stability, strong earning potential and progression opportunities.

You will manage your own service route, carry out servicing and repairs, and respond to call-outs as required. A background in lift engineering and NVQ Level 3 are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 is essential.
• Experience working on a variety of lift products.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own designated service route across Newcastle upon Tyne and the surrounding areas.
• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and minor repairs.
• Applying your knowledge as a Lift Engineer in fault-finding situations.
• Attending reactive call outs when required.
• Participating in an on-call rota.
• Working to best practices and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
• Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard.

This large and well-established lift company are currently seeking an experienced Lift Service & Call Out Engineer to support them with servicing, maintenance, fault finding and minor repairs across Newcastle upon Tyne and the surrounding areas.
