Job summary

Stirling Warrington in Oxford is seeking a Lift Service Engineer to join our established team. You will handle lift breakdowns, planned servicing and maintenance of passenger and goods lifts, and travel across the coverage area to customer sites.

The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering, has at least two years’ lift service or maintenance experience, and holds the J Modules qualification. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential. Salary up to £50,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in lift service/maintenance.

Responsibilities

We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover Oxford.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

• Management of your own lift service engineer in Oxford
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
• Provide technical support and advice to customers andmaximise the first-time fix rate
• Maintain a professional image at all times as youre a company ambassador on site
• Travelling throughout the coverage area

Key requirements of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
• 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
• Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
• Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
