Job summary

Otis is seeking Lift Repair Engineers to cover the London region within the North and South Circular. You will ensure passenger safety by maintaining a portfolio of lifts and escalator units on site, with responsibilities spanning planned repairs and small refurbishments across a defined territory.

You will liaise directly with customers to build strong working relationships. Required NVQ Level 3 in Escalator service/maintenance/repair, 24+ months in the elevator sector, and a valid driver's

• Must hold NVQ Level 3 in Escalator service, maintenance, or repair.
• Must have good electricity/electrical engineering skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work in a team or alone.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be within 1 hour of London.

Otis is growing and is looking for Lift Repair Engineers to cover the London region within the North and South Circular. You will ensure the safety of passengers by safely maintaining a portfolio of lifts and escalator units.

On a typical day you will

be responsible for planned repair work across a territory, ranging from minor to major repairs and small modifications to larger refurbswork on a mixture of contractual repairs and quoted repair workliaise directly with the customer whilst on site and build a good working relationship

What you will need to be successful

• Hold an NVQ level 3 in Escalator service, maintenance, or repair.
• Hold a driver's license and within 1 hour commute of London
• You have at least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector.
• You have good skills in electricity and electrical engineering
• You are a committed professional, with safety as your priority
• You are comfortable communicating to others
• You are curious, adaptable, and you know how to work alone or in a team
• You are comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
