Job summary

Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company. We are seeking Lift Repair Engineers to cover the London region within the North and South Circular to ensure passenger safety by maintaining a portfolio of lifts and escalator units.

You will work on planned repairs across a territory, handle a mix of contractual and quoted work, and liaise directly with customers on site to build strong relationships.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in escalator service, maintenance, or repair.
• Driver's license and within 1 hour commute of London.
• At least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector.
• Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
• Safety-focused professional.
• Comfortable communicating to others.
• Able to work alone or in a team.
• Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.

What you will need to be successful.

• Hold an NVQ level 3 in Escalator service, maintenance, or repair.
• Hold a driver's license and within 1 hour commute of London
• You have at least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector.
• You have good skills in electricity and electrical engineering
• You are a committed professional, with safety as your priority
• You are comfortable communicating to others
• You are curious, adaptable, and you know how to work alone or in a team
• You are comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
