Job summary

Hoistway Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to lead lift installation and modernisation projects from inception through handover. You will coordinate clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, safety, and quality.

The role emphasises leadership, budget control, site supervision, and compliance with LOLER, PUWER and BS EN81 standards. A full UK driving licence is required; opportunities for career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lift Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and industry regulations.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver lift installation and modernisation projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare detailed programmes, RAMS and safety documentation.
• Coordinate design, procurement and site activities to ensure resource allocation.
• Oversee budgets, variations, cost tracking and forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate risks while complying with requirements.
• Maintain detailed project records and documentation.
