You will be based at a NW2 but travel to other sites across the portfolio for scheduled maintenance and urgent repair. You will also coordinate and collaborate with third-party maintenance contractors to ensure seamless service and compliance across all sites

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct regular lift servicing and preventative maintenance
• Quickly diagnose and resolve faults and breakdowns
• Ensure all work complies with LOLER, health and safety, and industry regulations
• Respond to lift-related issues across the portfolio
• Work closely and freely with our network of lift maintenance professionals to get the job done efficiently and safely
• Maintain accurate service logs and support ongoing improvement
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
• Proven experience with lift systems (passenger/service)
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
• Valid ECS/CSCS card and full UK driving licence
• Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused mindset
  
  

Bonus if You Have:

• Experience with major brands like Otis, KONE, Schindler, or ThyssenKrupp
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
