Job summary
Marmon Lift Recruitment is hiring a Lift Installation Engineer for Bradford and West Yorkshire. You will install and commission新 lift equipment, interpreting drawings and wiring diagrams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Travel across the North West is required.
The role demands experience with passenger and goods lifts, and a full UK driving licence, with ongoing technical training provided by the company.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Installation or equivalent.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and installation specifications.
- Experience installing passenger and goods lifts.
- Travel to projects across the North West.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety.
Responsibilities
- Install new passenger and goods lift equipment.
- Complete mechanical and electrical installation work to a high standard.
- Read and work accurately from technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Carry out testing, commissioning and handover support.
- Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical installation issues.
- Ensure compliance with lift regulations and safety standards.
- Liaise with project managers, site teams and subcontractors.
- Maintain installation records and site documentation.
- Travel to installation projects across the North West and beyond.
