Job summary

Marmon Lift Recruitment Ltd invites applications for a Projects Manager in the lift industry, based in Kent with client site work as required. The permanent, full-time role pays £50,000–£65,000 and requires delivering installation and modernisation projects end-to-end.

You will manage projects from start to finish, oversee engineers and subcontractors, maintain schedules and budgets, and ensure health & safety and ISO-aligned compliance while keeping clients and senior stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Experience in lift installation and/or modernisation projects.
• Confident managing engineers and subcontractors.
• Strong in project planning, scheduling and budget management.
• Excellent communication with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health & safety, site compliance and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale lift installation and modernisation projects end-to-end.
• Oversee subcontractor work and ensure delivery to required standards.
• Lead the Installation/Modernisation Department day-to-day.
• Develop schedules, budgets, staffing plans and procurement needs.
• Monitor performance, budgets and margins; mitigate risks.
