White Lift Services in Leeds is seeking a Lift Estimator/Project Manager to combine technical lift-industry expertise with commercial focus to deliver accurate proposals and support project delivery from tender stage through to handover.

You will conduct site surveys, prepare detailed estimates, identify new opportunities, and nurture client relationships while collaborating with engineers, operations and project teams.

Competenze

• Proven lift industry experience with estimates for modernisation and new lift types.
• Strong technical lift knowledge and ability to perform site surveys.
• Experience using estimating software and tender portals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare and submit competitive tenders and quotations for lift installations and modernisation projects.
• Conduct comprehensive site surveys and assess equipment, layouts, and configurations.
• Produce detailed cost estimates including labour, materials and installation activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting existing clients.
