Job summary

Stannah Group is seeking a Lift Engineer to cover a patch across Edinburgh and surrounding areas. You will service, fault-find and repair lifts, attend breakdowns, and perform routine preventive maintenance while keeping sites safe and compliant.

Your patch mainly covers Edinburgh and nearby areas with a structured route, housing both commercial and residential sites. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience as lift engineer (service/repair) is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and routine maintenance.
• Attending breakdowns and callouts.
• Fault finding and getting lifts back up and running.
• Keeping sites safe and compliant.
• Completing site logs and basic paperwork.

Were looking for aLift Service Engineerto cover a route acrossEdinburgh and surrounding areas.

Youll be looking after your own patch servicing lifts, fault finding, and keeping things running safely day-to-day, with support from a local team when you need it.

Your Patch:

• Covering Edinburgh and nearby areas
• Structured route (no random national travel)
• Mix of commercial, residential and public sites
• Mostly staying within your allocated area
