Job summary

Stannah Group is seeking a Lift Service Engineer to cover Slough and surrounding areas. You will service, fault-find and keep lifts running day-to-day, with support from a local team. The role involves a structured patch and a mix of commercial, residential and public sites, mainly within your allocated area.

The position is full-time and permanent with a market-aligned salary, a profit share scheme, 195 holiday hours plus benefits and a company van. Monday–Thursday and Friday finish times apply.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience working as a lift engineer (service/repair).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and routine maintenance.
• Attending breakdowns and callouts.
• Fault finding and getting lifts back up and running.
• Keeping sites safe and compliant.
• Completing site logs and basic paperwork.

Stannah | Full-Time | Permanent

Salary Up to £56,000 (incl OTE) based on skills and experience level.

Working Hours

Monday-Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45

Friday: 08:00 - 15:45 (early finish)

We’re looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover a route across Slough and surrounding areas.

You’ll be looking after your own patch — servicing lifts, fault finding, and keeping things running safely day-to-day, with support from a local team when you need it.

Your Patch

• Covering Slough and nearby areas


• Structured route (no random national travel)


• Mix of commercial, residential and public sites


• Mostly staying within your allocated area
