Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Leeds team. You will cover Leeds, attend breakdowns, perform servicing and preventative maintenance, and provide technical support to customers.

The ideal candidate has NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering, 2 years of lift service experience, and a valid UK driving license. Travel across our coverage area is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering required.
• 2 years lift service/maintenance experience.
• J Modules qualification desirable.
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on lifts.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Attend lift breakdowns and perform servicing and maintenance.
• Provide Service and PPM work at customer sites.
• Offer technical support and maximise first-time fix rate.
• Maintain a professional image on site as company ambassador.
• Manage own lift service portfolio in Leeds.
• Travel throughout the coverage area.

We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover Leeds.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

• Management of your own lift service engineer in Leeds
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
• Provide technical support and advice to customers andmaximise the first-time fix rate
• Maintain a professional image at all times as youre a company ambassador on site
• Travelling throughout the coverage area

Key requirements of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
• 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
• Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
• Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
