Sirona care & health in Bristol invites a dedicated Community Nurse to join our Integrated Network Teams, delivering holistic care to service users in their own homes. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and develop competencies through our robust training framework.

Formación

• BSc or equivalent in adult nursing and active NMC registration.
• Commitment to continuing professional development and lifelong learning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic nursing care in service users’ homes within an INT.
• Develop additional competencies within a multidisciplinary approach.
• Support health promotion and education tailored to individuals' needs.
