Job summary

Audley Villages is seeking a Wellbeing & Lifestyle Manager to own the day-to-day lifestyle and customer experience across our villages. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Leisure and Housekeeping to deliver a joined-up, personal and exceptional experience for prospects, new owners and existing owners.

You’ll lead the lifestyle programme, coordinate a 30-day post-move follow-up, and ensure the village life feels authentic, welcoming and engaging for residents across multiple sites

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer experience instincts.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with owners.
• Experience coordinating cross-team activities.
• Proactive in designing engaging village experiences.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate experience-led visits and tours for prospects.
• Own the new owner experience, welcoming and integrating new owners.
• Create and manage a vibrant lifestyle programme for residents.
• Collaborate across Sales, Leisure, Hospitality and Front of House.
• Personalise experiences based on owners' interests and preferences.
• Escalate and manage any safeguarding or care-query through proper channels.
