We're hiring a Lifestyle Account Manager to join our PR Team based in Shepherds Bush. This is a hybrid role based in the office 3 days a week. Your clients could include high-end restaurants, hotels, or a variety of interesting brands.
Our Account Managers at Sauce lead client accounts. They are capable and confident professionals with a thorough understanding of media and communication skills, fully aware of the media tools available to generate coverage across all PR areas.
Your role involves leading junior team members, executing strategies and activities as directed by Account Directors and Heads of Department, ensuring programs and objectives are met, and maintaining well-organized accounts.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree or equivalent
• Public Relations experience in the lifestyle sector
• Digital campaign experience in a PR environment
Sauce Account Manager - Roles and Responsibilities
Agency Business
• Follow best practices including utilization, timesheets, billing, and expense reports
• Make presentations to diverse groups
• Engage in professional development
• Lead brainstorms and evaluate results for new strategies
• Prepare proposals, attend meetings and pitches
• Support the onboarding of new business and create critical paths
• Act as an ambassador for Sauce
Client Service
• Manage daily client relationships and satisfaction
• Conduct regular meetings and communication
• Share relevant media findings and implications
• Understand marketing and technology to provide strategic counsel
• Assist in client reviews and proposals
Media Relations
• Serve as the contact with media and influencers
• Identify and develop media angles
• Ensure media KPIs are met
• Research media interests and build relationships
• Expand contacts to senior influencers
• Craft and place stories for the press and influencers
• Provide strategic context and long-term positioning
• Gather feedback from contacts
• Respond to media inquiries and coordinate requests
• Share knowledge of target media with junior staff
