Wiltshire Council is recruiting lifeguards to supervise pool and poolside activities, with shifts including evenings and weekends. You will contribute to member safety and customer service in a dynamic leisure setting.

NPLQ holders have priority for shortlisting, and the council may fund your NPLQ course within 3 months of starting, subject to test and availability. This role offers various hours, a hybrid working model, and a supportive environment where staff engagement and inclusion are

Qualifications

• Strong swimming ability and fitness to supervise pool activities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete NPLQ course if not already held (funded by Wiltshire Council).

Responsabilités

• Supervise pool and poolside activities to ensure member safety.
• Deliver friendly and helpful customer service to pool users.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and enforce pool rules.
• Be available on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends.
