Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a Lifeguard for our Splash Waterworld, part of a busy resort environment. You will help keep guests safe while engaging with families and visitors, supervising slides, and leading poolside activities.

We value energy, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Training is provided, and previous leisure or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong and confident swimmer.
• Excellent awareness and attention to detail.
• Confident with emergency response situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Splash Waterworld pool areas to ensure guest safety.
• supervise slides and pool activities to create memorable experiences.
• Assist guests and maintain high energy and enthusiasm across resort teams.
