Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a Lifeguard to join the Splash Waterworld team. You will supervise the pool, slides, and poolside activities, ensuring guest safety while delivering high-energy service in a busy resort environment.

Successful candidates will be strong swimmers with good awareness and the ability to respond confidently to emergencies. Training is provided, with a friendly team culture and opportunities to gain hands-on experience across resort attractions.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong swimmer and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Good awareness and attention to detail are essential.
• Willingness to learn life-saving skills and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Guard the Splash Waterworld pool and surrounding areas.
• Supervise slides and pool activities to keep guests safe.
