Job summary

Butlin's seeks a Lifeguard for our Splash Waterworld to supervise slides and pools, ensuring guest safety while delivering a fun and memorable experience. You’ll work across resort teams and be ready to get stuck in during busy periods, including weekends and school holidays.

We welcome energetic, reliable individuals with a strong swimming ability who can stay calm under pressure. Training will be provided to develop skills across all guest-facing areas of the resort.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided to develop role-specific skills.
• Must be a strong and confident swimmer with good awareness.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Splash Waterworld attractions and ensure guest safety.
• Monitor pools, slides, and wave areas to prevent incidents and maintain fun.
• Assist in poolside activities and engage with guests to create memorable experiences.
• Work across different teams on resort to support guests and maintain high standards.
