Job summary

Virgin Active is seeking a Lifeguard to join our Operations Team at a club in Greater London. This part-time role supports member safety, poolside operations and delivering world-class service.

You will monitor water quality, maintain cleanliness, complete safety checks and respond confidently to incidents while upholding Virgin Active standards. With 20 hours a week, you’ll benefit from a premium wellness environment, staff discounts and development opportunities within our vibrant member

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard qualification and be fully registered (RLSS/STA/RQF/etc).
• Must maintain mandatory training and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety in pool and spa areas and respond confidently to incidents.
• Monitor pool water quality and cleanliness; perform safety checks and record them.
• Support overall club operations and guest experience during shifts.
