Virgin Active is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join the Operations Team. This part-time role (20 hours) focuses on poolside safety, cleanliness and delivering an exceptional member experience. You will respond confidently, uphold safety standards and be an ambassador for the club.

Applicants must hold a current Lifeguard qualification and be registered with RLSS, HABC Level 2 or STA Professional Award. Benefits include generous annual leave and corporate discounts.

Qualifications

• You must hold a current Lifeguard qualification and be fully registered with RLSS, HABC Level 2, or STA Professional Award.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, customer care and club standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure poolside safety and maintain high standards of cleanliness and member experience.
• Conduct safety checks and log them accurately.
• Monitor water chemistry levels and take action as needed.
• Fulfill duty shifts and manage staff/ facility issues during shift.
