Job summary

Serco Group Plc is seeking Lifeguards to join its leisure centres and help ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors. You will deliver customer care, supervise pool activities, and maintain high cleanliness standards, with opportunities for training and career progression across Serco's 55 facilities.

Ideal candidates will have strong swimming skills and hold the Royal Life Saving Society Lifeguard qualification.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills interacting with customers of all ages.
• Provide care, supervise activities, maintain pool area cleanliness, handle equipment safely.
• Strong swimming skills and National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society).
