Virgin Active in Greater London is hiring a part-time Lifeguard to join the Operations Team. You will help maintain poolside safety, cleanliness and member experience, respond confidently to situations and uphold high safety standards.

Role Type: Part Time; Number of Hours: 24 per week. Requirements include a current Lifeguard qualification and full registration with RLSS, HABC Level 2 or STA Professional Award. Perks include generous annual leave and free membership.

Formación

• Must hold a current Lifeguard qualification and be fully registered (RLSS National Pool Qualification, HABC Level 2 Award in Pool Lifeguarding or STA Professional Award).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure poolside safety for members and staff at all times.
• Respond confidently to incidents and emergencies with appropriate actions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety checks across pool and spa areas.
• Monitor water quality and assist with water treatment as required.
• Represent Virgin Active with professionalism and exceptional member service.
• Complete mandatory training and health and safety procedures.
• Fulfill duty shifts and manage staff and facility issues during shifts.
