Nuffield Health in Glasgow Giffnock FWC is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure safety and a welcoming environment in our pool facilities. You will protect members, monitor activities and support a positive atmosphere for all users.

As an Lifeguard, you will hold an NPLQ or equivalent and maintain training records. This part-time role (16 hours per week) offers the chance to contribute to a health-focused charity with a broad welfare mission.

Qualifications

• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Be able to provide ongoing training records.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy in the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members using facilities.
• Pay attention to safety and respond to incidents immediately.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
