Job summary

Folkestone & Hythe District Council invites applications for Lifeguards at Hythe Swimming Pool. Candidates must hold the RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be able to work a rolling rota across a range of shifts.

We offer permanent roles at 18.5 hours (part-time) or 37 hours (full-time) per week, with benefits including generous leave and pension scheme. Applications close after review of received applications on a rolling basis.

Qualifications

• Must hold the RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
• Ability to work a range of shifts on a rolling rota.

Responsibilities

• Ensure swimmer safety and respond to emergencies.

• Support operational needs to keep Hythe Pool running smoothly.
