East Riding Leisure Goole is recruiting Lifeguards to join our team as we prepare to reopen our newly redeveloped leisure centre in November 2026. Two full-time positions (37 hours per week) are available.

• Hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or be working towards one before start date.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team.

• Flexible approach to work, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise swimming pool activities and ensure customer safety at all times.
• Respond to emergencies and follow operating procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service across the facility.
• Assist with setup and operation of activities and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Work as part of a wider team to provide a great customer experience.
