Job summary

East Riding Leisure Goole is recruiting Lifeguards to join our team as we reopen our redeveloped leisure centre in November 2026. You will be responsible for supervising pool activities, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.

Applicants should hold a current NPLQ or be working toward it, with strong communication skills and a flexible approach to shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or working towards obtaining one before starting employment.
