Job summary

GLL is seeking a Lifeguard to join Falls Leisure Centre. This role is more than a job – it’s a career with opportunities to develop in a supportive, community-focused charity owned by staff.

You will supervise pool activities, deliver outstanding customer service, and help keep the centre clean and safe. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date records is required; flexible full-time or part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• NPLQ with up-to-date training records.
• Strong customer service focus and communication.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy leisure centre.

Responsibilities

• Experience regular pool rotations and supervise the pool area.
• Provide first-class customer service and assist users with queries.
• Set up equipment and help keep studios, gyms or sports halls prepared.
• Support the team with cleaning and general maintenance of the centre.
