Salary: HSV3.8-HSV5.15 (£25,608-£28,689) with uplift after 6 months probation

We are seeking full-time Lifeguard / Duty Assistants to join our vibrant team at University of Hertfordshire Sports Village. Opportunities range from senior/team leader roles, requiring proven skills and experience, with a pathway to Duty Management, to entry-level roles with training provided, offering progression in the leisure industry.
Successful candidates will help prepare facilities for bookings and events in our pools, indoor/multi-use areas, and outdoor facilities, working as part of the lifeguard and duty manager teams, leading shifts. Prepare facilities for bookings and events, ranging from international standards to grassroots levels, including clients like Arsenal Women’s FC, Saracens Mavericks, England Fencing, Swim England, and England Badminton.
Work as part of the lifeguard team and support duty management within a supportive environment.
