Hours: 3 hours per week (Saturday)

Role Responsibilities

• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records.
• Ensure the safety of members using our facilities, including the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room.
• Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment.
• Provide a warm welcome and efficient service to all visitors.
• Maintain constant attentiveness and alertness.
• Engage with members to make them feel valued and supported.
• Respond promptly to safety incidents.
