A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is preferred but not mandatory. If you are safety-conscious, a competent swimmer, and eager to develop your skills, we offer ongoing training and development to help you achieve this qualification.

This role is a stepping stone for various career paths within Places Leisure, including Operational Management, Sales, Fitness, or Customer Service. We provide continuous training, competency assessments, and opportunities for first aid, swimming instructor qualifications, and apprenticeships.
