GLL is looking for a full-time Lifeguard to work at Windrush Leisure Centre in Witney. If you have the skills and ambition to join us as a Lifeguard, there's never been a more exciting time to join us. This is more than a lifeguard job; it's a career.

The role of a Lifeguard is vital, requiring calmness under pressure, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills. If you're passionate about swimming and providing great customer service, you'll excel supervising our customers in the pool and supporting the team in maintaining a clean and safe environment.

What you need:

• A focus on customer service
• Passion and personality
• Knowledge of health and safety
• Teamwork skills
• Ideally, your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with current training records. If not, NPLQ training can be provided after passing a swim test.

What you’ll do:

• Pool rotations
• Supervising and cleaning the pool area
• Setting up equipment
• Handling customer queries
• Supporting the team in preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls for activities, and maintaining the centre's cleanliness and upkeep.
