Job summary

Nuffield Health's Stoke FWC gym is hiring a Lifeguard. You will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and keep training records while safeguarding pool, spa, sauna, and steam room users.

We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude and teamwork, with a focus on excellent customer care. This is a 16 hours/week part-time role with pro-rata pay of £26,707.20.

Qualifications

• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Ability to provide ongoing training records.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to excellent customer care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of members in the pool and wet-side facilities (pool, spa, sauna, steam room).
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members using facilities.
• Respond quickly to incidents and enforce Pool Safety Guidelines.
