Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking lifeguards to supervise pool and poolside activities, ensuring safety and well-being of members. The role requires availability on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends, with priority given to NPLQ holders.

We may fund your NPLQ course, to be completed within 3 months of starting, subject to test and course availability. A strong customer-service ethic and enthusiasm are essential for success.

Salary: £26,016 - £26,847 pro rata(P plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts)

Hours per week: 18.5 hours
