Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Hampton is seeking a Lifeguard to oversee pool safety and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will ensure the pool areas meet Health and Safety requirements, perform routine pool testing, and keep documentation up to date. A proactive team player with good communication will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pool safety and ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
• Conduct pool tests in line with company guidelines and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure members have a great experience and feel welcome in the club.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience .

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times .
