Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking a passionate Lifeguard to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will oversee poolside safety, conduct pool tests and support members’ experiences in and around the pool area.

With over 180 pools, we offer a welcoming team environment, Health and Safety compliance, and opportunities for career progression. Must hold an NPLQ and enjoy a healthy, active workplace at our clubs across the UK.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification is required.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety at all times.
• Conduct pool tests in line with guidelines.
• Ensure documentation is maintained accurately.
• Support members to have a great pool experience while upholding Health and Safety.

We are on the look out for a passionate Lifeguard to join our team! With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience. You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times.
