Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Northwood, part of Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group, is seeking a Lifeguard to oversee poolside safety and assist members with a great experience.

You will conduct pool tests, ensure Health and Safety compliance, maintain documentation, and contribute to a thriving, inclusive club culture. NPLQ qualification is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
• Team player with willingness to share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and monitor pool areas.
• Conduct pool tests in line with company guidelines and Health & Safety requirements.
• Ensure documentation is maintained accurately at all times.
• Support members to create a great experience and inclusive club atmosphere.

We are on the look out for a passionate Lifeguard to join our team! With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience.

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times.
