Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Lifeguard to safeguard poolside safety across our premium health clubs. You will monitor the pool areas, conduct tests, and ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines while delivering excellent member experiences.

With an NPLQ qualification, you will be a strong communicator and team player, supporting colleagues, sharing best practices, and helping create an inclusive, healthy environment for members and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
• Team player, willing to share knowledge and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and maintain a vigilant watch.
• Conduct pool tests and ensure documentation is accurate per guidelines.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience .

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times .
