Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Lifeguard for Stockley Park to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for members and visitors. You will monitor the pool and wet-side facilities with emphasis on safety, customer care and teamwork.

The role provides an opportunity to develop skills and training records, with a pro rata annual salary of £27,248 for part-time, 16 hours per week, in a fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Strong customer care and team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn and maintain training records.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment for users.
• Welcome and support members when using facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents promptly.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
