David Lloyd Clubs in Eastbourne is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to oversee pool safety, monitor compliance with health and safety standards, and ensure a positive experience for members.

You will conduct pool tests, maintain documentation, and respond quickly to safety concerns while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among members and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pool safety and ensure compliant poolside operations.
• Conduct pool tests and maintain documentation per guidelines.
• Provide excellent member experience and respond to safety incidents as needed.
