Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is hiring a Lifeguard to help maintain pool safety and deliver a high-quality member experience across our premium health clubs.

You will monitor pool areas, perform health and safety checks, test water levels, and keep accurate records while engaging with members and supporting a positive, inclusive culture.

NPLQ qualification is required; opportunities for career progression exist through internal training and development.

Qualifications

• You must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply for this role.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills are essential.
• A team player who shares knowledge and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pool areas to ensure safety and compliance with H&S requirements.
• Conduct pool tests and maintain accurate documentation.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience .

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times ."
