Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Oxford is seeking a Lifeguard to monitor pool safety, support members, and maintain a welcoming environment.

You will conduct pool tests, ensure Health and Safety compliance, and keep documentation up to date. NPLQ qualification is required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NPLQ qualification to apply.
• Passion for health and fitness with good engagement and listening skills.
• Able to work well in a team and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pool safety and ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Conduct pool tests and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide excellent member experience and support in a busy club environment.
