Job summary

Nuffield Health Ealing Fitness and Wellbeing Centre is seeking a part-time Lifeguard to help keep our members safe and happy while they enjoy the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.

You will hold an NPLQ or equivalent and provide ongoing training records. We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, teamwork and a strong commitment to customer care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Ability to provide ongoing training records.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong focus on customer care and teamwork.
• Safety-conscious with quick incident response.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool, spa, sauna and steam room to ensure member safety.
• Be attentive, alert and ready to act in case of incidents.
• Create a friendly, welcoming environment for members.
• Support safe and enjoyable use of facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents immediately.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
