Job summary

Nuffield Health Ilford Fitness is seeking a part-time Lifeguard to safeguard members in the pool, spa, sauna and steam room. You will hold the NPLQ or equivalent and keep training records up to date, while delivering friendly, professional customer care.

You will remain attentive, follow Pool Safety Guidelines, respond to incidents, and help create a welcoming environment. The role offers pro rata pay (£27,248) for 16 hours per week, and benefits including gym membership and employee wellbeing

Qualifications

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Provide ongoing training records.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe in the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.

• Welcome and support members using the facilities.
