Job summary

Nuffield Health Covent Garden is seeking a Lifeguard for a part-time, permanent contract. You’ll help keep members safe and happy across the pool, spa, sauna and steam room, delivering first-rate customer care and acting as a friendly, professional presence.

You’ll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide training records. The role is 24 hours per week, pro rata, with a competitive salary and benefits.

• NPLQ certification or equivalent.
• Excellent customer care and communication.

Responsibilities

• Keep members safe in the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Remain attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Respond promptly to incidents and enforce Pool Safety Guidelines.
