Job Title: Lifeguard

GLL is seeking a Lifeguard to work across Cardiff Partnership at our Centres: Eastern Leisure Centre, Fairwater Leisure Centre, Llanishen Leisure Centre, Maindy Centre, and Star Hub. Responsibilities:

1. Supervise pool activities and ensure safety of all users.
2. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the pool area.
3. Set up equipment for activities and ensure proper functioning.
4. Handle customer queries professionally.
5. Assist in preparing Studios, Gyms, or Sports Halls for various activities.
6. Support the team in maintaining the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the centre.

Requirements:

• Strong focus on customer service.
• Passion and engaging personality.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or willingness to train (training provided upon passing a swim test).
